Christmas Decor: Bedrooms – French Blue & Linen for Hanukkah

Good day, Everyone!

Today’s post features the images of the French Blue and Linen 60-pc. Ornament Collection with five Bedroom Bedding Collections, again, with beautiful ornaments designed for the celebration of Hanukkah.  I’ve known of Hanukkah for years.  However, I didn’t focus on the fact that Israel’s flag and emblem are beautiful shades of blue!  Since the French Blue and Linen Collection is so gorgeous, I thought it would be super-lovely paired with beautiful Hanukkah ornaments featured today.  By the way, according to Wikipedia, :

“Hanukkah is a Jewish holiday commemorating the re-dedication of the Holy Temple (the Second Temple) in Jerusalem at the time of the Maccabean Revolt against the Seleucid Empire. Hanukkah is observed for eight nights and days, starting on the 25th day of Kislev according to the Hebrew calendar, which may occur at any time from late November to late December in the Gregorian calendar. It is also known as the Festival of Lights and the Feast of Dedication.

The festival is observed by lighting the candles of a candelabrum with nine branches, called a Hanukkah menorah (or hanukkiah). One branch is typically placed above or below the others and its candle is used to light the other eight candles. This unique candle is called the shamash (Hebrew: שמש‎, “attendant”). Each night, one additional candle is lit by the shamash until all eight candles are lit together on the final night of the holiday.[1] Other Hanukkah festivities include playing dreidel and eating oil-based foods such as doughnuts and latkes. Since the 1970s, the worldwide Chabad Hasidic movement has initiated public menorah lightings in open public places in many countries.”

Again, featured below are five (5) gorgeous bedroom bedding collections, the gorgeous French Blue and Linen collection of Christmas ornaments and the gorgeous Hanukkah collection of ornaments.   I think the combination of these collections would make a super-gorgeous Hanukkah-Christmas display!  Enjoy!

After I saw the gorgeous living room’s photograph (above) on Pinterest, I discovered the article that the living room photo is part of, ‘House Tour: Ken Fulk Creates A Montana Guesthouse That’s The Ultimate Winter Getaway’.  The article contains a collection of  gorgeous photographs that the three photos (on display here) are part of.  Each photo displays Christmas Decor Styling that is simple, ‘quiet’ and perfectly styled by Ken Fulk.  My favorite of these gorgeous photos is the living room/den.  This room’s staging/styling makes it ‘feel’ so inviting for me because of the glowing fireplace, the super-plush garland, the twinkling Christmas tree viewed in front of the beautiful windows with snowy view of more evergreens and the comfy-looking chairs a body can sink into!

When I see Christmas trees that are decorated with exquisite ornaments and other gorgeous items, I think of the great talents and skills of the artisans/designers/manufacturer. Because the ornaments are so exquisite their beauty reflects the excellence intended, with the design. Of course, such intentional excellence and beauty causes me to think of Christ of Christmas, the Giver of the talents and skills, and His excellence and beauty for all people.

I’ve included a large image of the exquisite French Blue and Linen ornaments collection, thinking you all would love to see how gorgeous they are up-close! If you click on the image of the Christmas tree, you’ll see a larger clickable view of it, too!

The decor in this stately room is minimal, and cute.   My favorite decor items in this display are the three whimsical pieces, the checkerboard-styled deer and the large ornaments on the mantle, as well as the red pine cones, the stockings, wreath and multi-patterned chair.

As we know, part of the decorating for Christmas-y gatherings includes the bedrooms for guests. The ‘ornamentation’ for the bedrooms includes the linens for the bed. In the images above the duvets, pillows and throws are so attractive with holiday themes.
